For international orders please be aware that there may be additional delays if the parcel is being handled by overseas customs. It has been known for orders to take up to a month to arrive due to local customs delaying the transit of the parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to replace an item that is suspected as missing until a 28 day window has passed.
Please note: we can only replace UK orders after 15 working days after dispatch and EU and International orders 28 days after dispatch (unless the items were tracked and it has been deemed as lost).

How do I pay for my items?
All orders have to be placed online. Currently we use a PayPal back end to handle payments but you don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from GamerPrint. All major credit cards are accepted. Please make sure you include a full delivery address and zip/post code, an email address so we can contact you if there are any problems and the size and design details of the item(s) you are purchasing.
All orders are 100% secure. PayPal handle all of our payments and therefore we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Yes you can. You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 28 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. For exchanges or returns the customer must pay the return delivery and we will only send the exchange out once the original has been received. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.
