Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, although prices are still charged in GBP. In fact over 60% of our orders ship overseas. For the most up to date exchange rate see www.xe.com.

How much will it cost to deliver?

UK orders

Free for standard (not tracked)
From £2 for First Class Signed For (proof of dispatch/delivery)

International orders

£5 for standard (not tracked)
From £8.95 for International Signed For (proof of dispatch/delivery)

When will my order get to me?

T-shirts and Hoodies

UK orders: 3-5 working days
International orders: 5-14 working days

Posters and Canvases

UK orders: 6-9 working days
International orders: 7-14 working days

Phone Cases

UK orders: 7-10 working days
International orders: 9-16 working days

For international orders please be aware that there may be additional delays if the parcel is being handled by overseas customs. It has been known for orders to take up to a month to arrive due to local customs delaying the transit of the parcel. Unfortunately we are unable to replace an item that is suspected as missing until a 28 day window has passed.

Please note: we are unable to replace any item that was paid for with standard (not tracked) delivery, should it not arrive due to reasons beyond our control.

We stock Small, Medium, Large, XL and XXL in our Mens T-Shirts and Small, Medium and Large in our Ladies T-Shirts.

How do I pay for my items?

All orders have to be placed online. Currently we use a PayPal back end to handle payments but you don’t need to have a PayPal account or sign up for one to buy from GamerPrint. All major credit cards are accepted. Please make sure you include a full delivery address and zip/post code, an email address so we can contact you if there are any problems and the size and design details of the item(s) you are purchasing.

Will my payment be secure when I order from you?

All orders are 100% secure. PayPal handle all of our payments and therefore we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3^rd parties.

Can I send the item back for a refund or an exchange?

Yes you can. You can have a refund or make an exchange up to 28 days after purchase. We do not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made a mistake with your order. Only one size exchange per t-shirt is allowed and the customer must pay return postage fees. Please contact us at help@gamerprint.co.uk stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.
